Victoria Academies Trust seeks a passionate leader to join the Core Team as Head of School Improvement. You will be a current serving senior leader who is able to support schools across our diverse trust. You will report to the Director of School Improvement and Executive Leadership Team to ensure that our schools continue to be the best they can be for our pupils and families. The role involves working in all schools in our trust, and a willingness to step in to provide enhanced leadership capacity as required.
